為確保每一位旅客住宿安全，未滿18歲旅客入住前，請詳閱入住規定並下載填寫同意書。
下載住宿同意書
請依需求下載中文、英文或日文版本，入住當日請攜帶已簽署文件與相關身分證明，以利櫃檯人員辦理入住。
入住聲明
洛碁集團為確保每一位貴賓的住宿安全，18 歲以下之旅客須有滿18歲以上成人陪同入住。若住宿者或同行人皆未滿18歲者，須取得法定代理人同意並簽署「未成年住宿同意書」，並持證件和「未成年住宿同意書」辦理入住。若是無法提供「未成年住宿同意書」，飯店有權不接待該旅客入住，相關住宿取消政策依定型化契約辦理。
Guest Policy
To ensure the safety of every guest, Green World Hotels requires guests under the age of 18 to be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or above. If all staying guests or accompanying guests are under the age of 18, consent from a legal representative must be obtained and the “Minor Guest Consent Form” must be signed. Guests must present valid identification and the signed “Minor Guest Consent Form” upon check-in. If the form cannot be provided, the hotel reserves the right to refuse accommodation. The relevant accommodation cancellation policy shall be handled in accordance with the standardized contract.
宿泊に関するご案内
グリーンワールドホテルズでは、すべてのお客様の宿泊安全を確保するため、18歳未満のお客様は18歳以上の成人の同伴が必要です。宿泊者または同行者がいずれも18歳未満の場合は、法定代理人の同意を得たうえで「未成年者宿泊同意書」に署名し、チェックイン時に身分証明書および署名済みの「未成年者宿泊同意書」をご提示ください。「未成年者宿泊同意書」をご提示いただけない場合、ホテルは当該お客様の宿泊をお断りする権利を有します。宿泊のキャンセルポリシーについては、標準契約に基づき取り扱われます。
