Xingtian Temple

Xingtian Temple is a traditional temple for Taiwanese faith, the current temple was build in 1967 based on the concepts from master Xuankong and was entrusted to numerous artisans. The three-hall style provides extra grandeur to the temple. The folk customs and traditions at Xingtian Temple is quite different to other temples, as the temple does not burn paper money, does not offer incense worship, has no saisen box and does not fundraise. All this makes Xingtian Temple extra special, not to mention the elimination of incense is eco-friendly and reduce risk of fire.

The temple also has a library for the public to access. As many people believe the wishes they make at the temple comes true, there are often large crowds at the temple, leading to a gathering of fortune tellers in the underground streets near the temple, creating a rather unique environment.
