• The official time used is local Taiwan time (GMT +8).

• Check-in time is based on the content of the project. It may be earlier or later. Please read the project description.

• Weekday: Sunday to Thursday.
• Holiday: Friday;Saturday;National holidays.
• For other special festive activities, please call us.
• Chinese New Year: The First Date of the First Lunar Month to the Fifth Date. (No discounts)
• Check-in time is after 15:00 p.m. (May vary depending on project content)
• Check-out time is before 11:00 a.m. (May vary depending on project content)
• Please inform the Hotel of the accurate number of guests (number of adults or children) during reservation. Please inform the Hotel again if the number is changed. The Hotel will charge additional bed fees if the number of guests exceeds the reservation number.

Please note that children age 12 and older are charged as adult price.

• Two children under 5 years old (inclusive) are free when using existing beds.
• Children aged 6 (inclusive) to 11 years (inclusive) will be charged for using existing beds. Please con-tact hotel staff for details.
• 12 years old and above are billed as adults and will be charged for using existing beds. For de-tails, please contact the store staff.

Reservation Cancellation Policy:

1. The guest can cancel free of charge until 1 day before arrival.
2. The guest will be charged the cost of the first night if they cancel on the day of arrival.
3. In case of no-show the hotel will charge 100% of the first night as a penalty fee.
